Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Email us with clear photos or video within a 7 days of package receipt

  • Once approved, you must post the item back within 7 days

  • We will offer a refund, replacement, or repair, and cover return postage

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If accepted, a store credit may be issued — item must be unused and returned at your cost within 7 days of approval.

Proof of Purchase Required

You must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation for all returns.
